What a normal week looks like
Monday might open with a 15 yard on a tight Cabbage Hill driveway for a kitchen remodel, then a swap-out on a construction site near the Stadium District where the crew filled a 30 yard faster than anyone planned. What areas do you cover?

Do you know Pennsylvania's disposal rules?
We work inside them every week. Pennsylvania's Covered Device Recycling Act keeps covered electronics — TVs, computer monitors and CPUs, laptops — out of any general container; those go to a certified e-waste recycler instead. Pennsylvania has also banned leaf waste from landfills since 1990, which is exactly why we keep a dedicated yard-waste container as its own clean load.
Do you call before digging near a container spot?
When a job involves digging near the drop spot — a fence post, a footing, a drainage line — we tell customers to get PA One Call involved first. PA One Call (811 or 1-800-242-1776) is Pennsylvania's call-before-you-dig center, required under Act 287, and it needs 3 to 10 business days' notice before excavation begins so utility lines get marked. It's a separate step from the container delivery itself, but worth doing early if the drop spot and the dig share the same corner of the property.
My driveway is tight, or I'm not sure where a container will fit. Can you still deliver?
Almost always, yes. Older blocks on Cabbage Hill and around Musser Park tend to have tighter driveways and closer-set rowhomes than the newer developments further out, and we size and place around that every week. Curb-lane placement, a different driveway angle, or a smaller container set differently are all normal answers. Describe the spot when you call — a two-minute conversation up front beats a failed delivery on the day.
Do you work with contractors and property managers on ongoing accounts?
We do, and a good share of our week is repeat trade with builders, remodeling contractors and property managers running more than one site across Lancaster County. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent handling across every site, certificates of insurance on file, and one line to call instead of a different vendor for every job.
